I'm Sara, a UX designer based in Toronto with a background in visual design. My journey into UX began a few years ago when a friend introduced me to it. I quickly fell in love with the field as it combines my passion for analyzing human behaviour and empathy with my skills in design and technology.
I think UX design focuses on making products easy to use, intuitive, and enjoyable for users. I am driven by the opportunity to create unique user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through products.
Following my interest in this area, I graduated from George Brown College, specializing in User Experience Design. Additionally, I recently completed a practical and teamwork-focused boot camp, gaining valuable experience in project management, overcoming challenges, and finding the best possible solutions. This experience also allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams, establishing a dynamic team of intuitive individuals to work together as UX designers.
Besides my professional work, Spending time in nature, walking my dog, and building complicated Lego structures with my teenage son are some of my favourite activities. These experiences outside of work inspire my creativity and influence my design approach.
